You can cancel your HotelCard membership at any time up to 14 days before its expiry – online, by email, or in writing by post.
Online Cancellation (recommended):
Log in to your account on hotelcard.ch
Click on your name in the top right corner and select the "HotelCard" tab from the dropdown menu.
Select "Cancel membership" and submit the completed form.
You will receive a written cancellation confirmation via email.
Important:
Cancellations via the HotelCard app are not possible.
The cancellation is only valid after confirmation by HotelCard AG.
You will receive a reminder by email before each renewal.
