Yes, the HotelCard automatically renews for 12 months at a time. Before each renewal, we will inform you in good time by email. Regardless of the originally chosen term, your membership always renews for another year at a price of CHF 104 (CHF 99 + CHF 5 processing fee).
How to avoid processing fees:
Activate Auto-Pay by saving your credit card in your profile → CHF 99 will be automatically debited on the renewal date.
Alternatively: Renew and pay online before the automatic renewal takes place.
