How can I cancel a booking?

The cancellation conditions are regulated individually by the hotels. You will find the corresponding information directly above the room rate on the page of the respective hotel on our portal. If a hotel has not yet stored its cancellation conditions, these will be communicated to you with the response to your booking request.


You can cancel your booked hotel in your Hotelcard profile on our portal yourself at any time, as long as the time of cancellation is within the deadline.


If this deadline has already passed, we ask you to contact the hotel directly to clarify the matter. Many hotels will waive the cancellation fee in case of illness.
