Open our portal www.hotelcard.ch . Navigate to the "Buy the card" heading at the top left and select "Redeem Hotelcard voucher". Enter the voucher and the activation code in the field provided and click on "Apply". Then fill in the order form with your contact details. Press the "Order now" field to complete the order of your HotelCard.
If you have a voucher with a QR code in front of you, you can capture the code with your smartphone or tablet camera to activate your membership and then you will be automatically redirected to the activation page.
Please note that a HotelCard voucher cannot be used to renew an active HotelCard and is only valid for new customers.
