A voucher allows the recipient to receive a HotelCard for free. It is not personalized and contains a code that can be redeemed for the card.
How to activate your gift voucher:
Go to hotelcard.ch.
Click on «Buy HotelCard» and select Redeem HotelCard Voucher.
Enter your voucher code, click on «Apply», and then fill out the order form.
Click on «Order now» to complete the activation.
Did you receive a voucher with a QR code? Scan it with your smartphone or tablet to go directly to the activation page.
Important to know:
Gift vouchers are only valid for new customers (first-time orders).
They are not valid for renewals.
If you have already owned a HotelCard within the last 12 months, the voucher cannot be redeemed.
