You have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The revocation period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us - HotelCard AG, Okenstrasse 6, CH-8037 Zürich, office@hotelcard.ch, Tel.: 0848 711 717- by means of a clear statement about your decision to withdraw from your purchase contract. You can send us an e-mail or a letter.
To comply with the revocation obligation, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the expiry of the revocation obligation.
If you revoke the contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within 30 days from receipt of the revocation. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
